Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14 day return policy. If more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, then we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts will not be accepted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they arrive in a defective or damaged condition. Contact us by email at beverly@cotswoldscarfcompany.co.uk to arrange a replacement
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Cotswold Scarf Company, Three Gables, Charlton Road, Tetbury, GL8 8DX
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item valued at over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will always receive your returned item.
